Looking ahead, transformer testing equipment manufacturers are evolving towards intelligent and green technologies. On one hand, with the digital transformation of power distribution networks, testing equipment needs to integrate intelligent sensor interfaces to support monitoring of conditions such as temperature, tilt, and vibration, providing a data foundation for remote equipment diagnostics.

On the other hand, increasingly stringent environmental regulations are driving companies to develop recyclable materials and low-energy manufacturing processes, such as chromium-free passivation technology to replace traditional chromate treatment. Simultaneously, new energy power distribution networks are placing resilience requirements on distributed transformer testing equipment-it needs to adapt to frequent load switching and harmonic effects, prompting companies to optimize insulation and grounding designs. In the future, companies with full lifecycle service capabilities, modular product platforms, and the ability to quickly respond to customized needs will have an advantage in upgrading urban and rural power grids and constructing new power systems.
