In practical applications, transformer stands are widely used for pole-mounted transformer installations in 10kV and below power distribution networks, covering diverse environments such as urban residential areas, industrial parks, rural power grids, and temporary construction power supply. Factory-manufactured stands typically use hot-dip galvanized steel components, designed in a series of standard models for different transformer capacities (e.g., 50kVA to 630kVA), and pre-installed interfaces for accessories such as cable clamps, surge arrester brackets, and fuse mounting plates.

 

In power line renovation, expansion, or emergency repair projects, prefabricated stands can be directly transported to the site, requiring only foundation pouring and bolt tightening for installation, reducing the construction period from the traditional 3-5 days on-site to less than half a day. Furthermore, for special climatic conditions such as high salt spray in coastal areas and strong ultraviolet radiation at high altitudes, the factory can customize stainless steel materials or reinforced anti-corrosion coating solutions to meet the differentiated operational needs of different regions.
