Standardization and modular design are prominent technical characteristics of current transformer platform manufacturers. Following national standards (such as GB/T 17467) and industry specifications, companies break down the platform into several standard units: main beams, crossarms, clamps, diagonal braces, etc., and achieve rapid assembly of transformers of different capacities (e.g., 50kVA to 630kVA) through adjustable connectors.

Modular design not only simplifies on-site construction processes, transforming traditional welding installation into bolt assembly and significantly reducing power outage time, but also supports flexible combinations to adapt to different pole types such as single-pole, double-pole, and four-pole. Some companies have introduced prefabrication technology, completing welding, corrosion protection, and pre-assembly in the factory. Upon arrival at the site, only foundation fixing and wiring are required, significantly improving construction quality and efficiency.
