The embedded steel plate uses carbon steel as the base material and undergoes galvanizing to improve corrosion resistance. Its design comprises two parts: embedded anchor bars and an installation surface. The anchor bars are embedded in concrete and fixed by mechanical interlocking or adhesive force; the installation surface is exposed on the structural surface for welding or bolting subsequent components.

 

Compared to traditional on-site welding, embedded steel plates offer three major advantages: 1. High construction efficiency: Factory-prefabricated standardized parts reduce on-site work time; 2. Controllable connection quality: The galvanized layer prevents welding corrosion, and the anchor bar layout optimizes mechanical properties; 3. Strong adaptability: Size, weight, and installation hole positions can be customized according to project requirements. When selecting a steel plate, key considerations should be given to the material thickness (typically 8-20mm), the galvanized layer thickness (≥65μm), and the rationality of the anchor bar layout.
