The current national standard "General Technical Conditions for Electric Power Fittings" (GB/T 2314-2023) divides power fittings into the following 8 categories:
Suspension clamp
Used for hanging wires, such as C-type, bag-type wire clips. Typical standard: GB/T 2320-2023.
Tension clamp
Bearing wire tension, it is divided into two types: bolt type (GB/T 2321-2023) and compression type (GB/T 14315-2023).
Connecting hardware
Including U-shaped hanging rings, connecting plates, etc., see the standard GB/T 2315-2023.
Replacement hardware
For wire splices, such as crimped pipes (GB/T 2317-2023), the diameter error of aluminum-clad splicing pipes must be ≤±0.2mm (standard clause 4.3.2).
Protective hardware
Anti-vibration hammer (GB/T 2336-2023), pressure equalizing ring, etc. The allowable deviation of the weight of the anti-vibration hammer is ±5% of the nominal value.
Busbar fittings
Substation busbar fixing device, standard reference GB/T 2340-2023.
Cable fittings
Used for pole cable systems, such as NX type wedge cable clamp (GB/T 2341-2023)
T-connection hardware
Exclusively for branch line connection, the standard is GB/T 2342-2023.
