In photovoltaic power plant construction, the stability of the support system directly affects power generation efficiency and equipment lifespan. As a key component connecting photovoltaic panels and the support system, photovoltaic clamps are crucial due to their high strength and corrosion resistance.

Photovoltaic clamps are exposed to the outdoor environment for extended periods, bearing the weight of the photovoltaic panels, wind loads, and temperature variations. Therefore, the requirements for materials and manufacturing processes are extremely high. Mainstream products use Q235B carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. The former undergoes hot-dip galvanizing to form a dense zinc layer, improving corrosion resistance by 3-5 times; the latter, with its chromium-nickel alloy composition, maintains stable performance even in the high-humidity coastal environment. In terms of manufacturing processes, precision stamping technology ensures a perfect fit between the clamp's curvature and the pipe's outer diameter, reducing stress concentration; laser cutting technology enables rapid customization of non-standard sizes, meeting installation needs in complex terrains.
